What SEO agency tools work as a real operating system for team workflows?
Anyone using something like ClickUp or Monday for SEO ops, and does it actually cover all your workflow needs? Looking for a system to manage campaigns, client dashboards, reporting, and task tracking in one hub. Not just project management but a real ops OS for a small team juggling 20+ clients.

ClickUp is probably the closest thing to a real ops OS for SEO teams right now, but it needs some setup time. We use it for campaign management, task templates for things like audits and link building, client dashboards (embed Google Sheets/Data Studio reports), and workload tracking all in one place. Automations help with repetitive stuff. For reporting, we link in Looker Studio or dashboards from Ahrefs/GA4, since ClickUp's native reporting is just okay. Monday is similar but gets pricier as you bolt on automations. Also check out Notion plus Zapier for something super flexible, but it's way more DIY. Haven't found any one tool that does everything natively for SEO agencies, still always end up gluing stuff from other tools into the main hub.
