Do entity-based query suggestions impact anchor text diversity?
I noticed Google is showing more query suggestions tied to entities from my previous searches. If I use these suggestions for anchor text in my link building, will it help or hurt my anchor diversity profile? Anyone actually seeing changes in rankings or link audits because of this?

Yeah, using entity-based suggestions as anchor text will usually help your anchor diversity, not hurt it, since you're avoiding the same exact match phrases over and over. Google likes seeing a spread of related terms and natural language, so pulling suggestions tied to entities from things like Google Autosuggest, People Also Ask, or Knowledge Panels mixes up your anchors. Just make sure you don't swing too hard into overusing any single entity phrase either. I checked a few client backlink profiles in Ahrefs and SEMrush recently and anchors based on suggestion phrases are spreading risk pretty well, no weird penalties or tanked rankings that I could trace back to diversified entity anchors. Keep mixing in branded/naked URLs and a range of generic anchors too.
